The Challenge

Before ChiroHD, Vital Family Chiropractic ran on Jane. The previous system worked, but it was not built for the complexity of a pediatric and prenatal practice serving large, multi-kid families on structured care plans. Scheduling was a manual, piece-by-piece process that consumed hours of Jasmine's week and kept her locked to the computer instead of the people walking through the door.

The search for a better solution came down to one thing: care plan scheduling. Vital Family Chiropractic needed a platform that could map out an entire care plan in a few clicks rather than one appointment at a time.

Jasmine went into the ChiroHD onboarding process solo — no prior experience with the platform and no team member to lean on. What she found on the other side was a support system that met her exactly where she was.
